Memorable dreampop guitars, layered vocals. electronics and catchy tunes in original and precise arrangements.
Bad Karma Boy released their eponymous debut in the spring of 2013 and they were immediately included among the most pleasant surprises of the domestic alternative scene, being praised for a special atmosphere of catchy songs with Slovak lyrics, interesting soundscapes and instruments such as omnichord, vibraphone, ondes or kalimba.
Concerts soon followed at the Grape festival, Pohoda, Colors of Ostrava, but also abroad at one of the biggest European showcase festivals, Tallinn Music Week.
Courage and desire to experiment did not leave Bad Karma Boy even with the third album Prekrásny nový svet, on which the band announced their collaboration with producer Pišta Kráľovič, and the pianist Adela Tihláriková also added her lead vocal for the first time.
The fourth album, called Noc Na Zemi, will be released in autumn 2024.
