Crazy, playful, pop, dark and psychedelic.
Such is the second studio album Ody by Tante Elze, which comes 7 years after the release of her debut. A seven-year stage in a person's life can be a nice roller coaster, as in the case of producer, composer and singer Veronika Lečková Seppová.
"These few songs are my reflection on the crazy period during which I finished my studies at the conservatory, gave birth to and raised two children during the pandemic, lived (and still live) in a partnership in which I learned a lot about myself during those years, of course not entirely pleasant things. These life circumstances naturally set out the album themes," says Veronika.
While creating, the trained composer consciously abandons her ambitions and lets herself be guided by the joy of music, fascination and wonder at the daily world events.
